Shipping and Delivery Policy Furnisherss is committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Please review our shipping policies before making a purchase or rental.

General Shipping Rules

  • Orders will be delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 14 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays after 6:00 PM will be processed on Monday or the next working day, as courier services do not operate on Sundays or government holidays.

  • Orders placed during festival months may experience delays due to high order volume and stock availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any delays due to incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or logistical issues.

Custom Duties & Inspection Charges

  • If an order is subject to customs inspection, any additional charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Furnisherss is not liable for product damage or loss during customs clearance.

  • No refund or exchange will be provided for products lost or damaged during inspection.

Grievance Cell

  • All shipping-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear picture of the issue is mandatory for review.

  • If the billing address and shipping address are different, customers must provide:

    • Nearby landmarks

    • Contact person’s name

    • Contact number for smooth delivery.
