Exchange Policy Furnisherss does not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions:

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Once an exchange is approved, a replacement will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
Note: If an order is delayed or canceled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, only the product’s value will be adjusted for exchange—shipping charges are non-refundable.
