Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy Furnisherss aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase or rental.

Exchange Policy Furnisherss does not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers must provide order details and clear product images for approval.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

  • Once an exchange is approved, a replacement will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.

Note: If an order is delayed or canceled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, only the product’s value will be adjusted for exchange—shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before dispatch by contacting customer service or canceling directly on the website.

  • Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If Furnisherss detects any fraudulent transactions or violations of terms, it reserves the right to cancel such orders.

  • Customers with a history of fraudulent transactions may be blacklisted and denied future access.
